Vasovasostomy Procedure in India - Surgical Procedure to Reverse the Effects of Vasectomy or Male Sterilization

Mr. Elier Cardona - Kuwait
Vasectomy Reversal Surgery in India

Vasovasostomy procedure is easily available at various fertility centers throught India for International patients. Mr. Elier Cardona from Kuwait wanted to reverse the effects of Vasectomy and needed Vasovasostomy procedure. He searched through internet and found about Forerunners Healthcare Consultancy providing medical services for International patients. Forerunners healthcare Consultancy team helped him getting treatment done in India. And he wants to share his experience.

Hi, I am Elier Cardona from Kuwait. I would like to first thank Forerunners Healthcare Group for all the help they provided me during my Vasovasostomy procedure in India. I wanted to write to you and tell you how grateful my wife and I are for the services you provide. After investigating reversal surgeries on the internet, we found your official website that provided all the information about Vasovasostomy procedure in India. We called the executive of Forerunners Healthcare who was able to guide us and give us more information. I had my reversal done in January 2006 about 4 years ago. Vasovasostomy procedure was a night and day experience. I was able to walk after my Vasovasostomy procedure in India and I experience no pain at all. In all it was a very good experience.

A vasovasostomy generally takes two to three hours to perform, depending on the complexity of the surgery and the experience of the operating physician. After an adequate level of anesthesia has been reached, the surgeon will make an incision from the top of one side of the scrotum, sometimes moving upward as far as several inches (centimeters) into the abdominal area. A similar incision will then be made on the other side of the scrotum. The vasa deferentia will be identified and isolated from surrounding tissue. Fluid will be removed from the testicular end of each vas deferens and analyzed for presence of sperm. If sperm are found, then a simpler procedure to connect the cut ends of the vasa deferentia will be performed. If no sperm are found, a more complex procedure called a vasoepididymostomy or epididymovasostomy (in which the vas deferens is attached to the epididymis, a structure in which the sperm mature and are stored) may be more successful in restoring sperm flow.

There are two techniques that may be used for vasovasostomy to reconnect the cut ends of the vasa deferentia. A single-layer closure involves stitching the outer layer of each cut end of the tube together with a very fine suture thread. This procedure takes less time but is often less successful in restoring sperm flow. A double-layer closure, however, involves stitching the inner layer of each cut end of the tube first, and then stitching the outer layer. After reconnection is established, the vasa deferentia are returned to their anatomical place and the scrotal incisions closed.

Post Vasovasostomy procedure in India I was taken to a well furnished room with T.V and all the latest amenities one can expect for. I was pleased with the services of the medical staff of the hospital where I was admitted and with the assistance of Forerunners healthcare Group that made my medical tour hassle free. The hospital staff were amazing, and they made sure I was comfortable with everything before we even started. I will definitely recommend Forerunners Healthcare Group for Vasovasostomy procedure in India to other people. Please feel free to use this letter as a recommendation for the services that you provide for Vasovasostomy procedure in India.

Thank you so much
